Showering under the open sky in the morning. Gazing out over vast fields at midday. And spending hours stargazing by the open fire in the evening. There’s probably nowhere better to do this than here in the Oderbruch, on a total of 4,000 square metres of open space not far from trendy Berlin. For owner and photographer Christoph Sagel, it’s a dream come true – one he’s only too happy to share with others. We had the privilege of supporting him creatively and in the planning stages as he brought his vision to life.
It all began with two separate Black Cabins, which beckon with their cosy sleeping areas inside. The adjoining sauna and sun loungers on the wooden terrace invite you to enjoy the peace and quiet together.
And because we simply can’t get enough of this kind of retreat, we’ve added another set of Black Cabins. Each of these new, luxurious cubes measures 8 by 4 metres, and their individual rooms come together to form a harmonious whole. Whether it’s philosophising together by the crackling wood-burning stove or enjoying some relaxing time on your own in the separate bedroom – here, everyone can experience exactly what they’re in the mood for. It doesn’t get any more idyllic than this. Bookable at: blackcabin.de
