The emotional centrepiece of the store. At the creation counter, individual favourite chocolates are created in close proximity to the melangeur - fresh, colourful and visibly handmade. A modular counter and colour concept makes every step of the process comprehensible: Select ingredients, refine, design. In this way, every visitor becomes a co-creator of the brand. The architecture creates space for the essentials: A personalised experience that tastes good and lasts.

The workshop brings the origins of chocolate to life. Between grandstands, cocoa exhibits and colour-coded learning stations, visitors are immersed in cultivation, diversity and sustainability. Open spaces, natural materials and intuitive paths characterise the architecture. The workshop thus becomes the heart of the chocolate world - and a place where attitude, curiosity and participation come together.

The bistro acts as a social hub: colourful seating areas, lounge zones, warm materials and plenty of openness create a place to take a break and enjoy being together. This is where visitors linger, exchange ideas, enjoy exciting events or round off their experience - with coffee, ice cream or freshly made chocolate.

The shop is a colourful experience landscape that spatially translates the brand's square: pick & mix stations, colour-coded zones, limited editions, a pick-up station and large-scale installations such as the chocolate fountain and the transport rail showcase the brand's diversity. Retail becomes a playful discovery space - dynamic, intuitive and visually bold
