Interior & Exhibition Design

How does a space become a harmonious whole?

We design interiors as holistic, immersive experiences that arise from the interplay of location, function, atmosphere and identity. In doing so, we do not think in terms of individual disciplines, but rather in terms of an integrated spatial system in which materials, light, furnishings, communication and media content merge to create a unified effect.

From the initial analysis of the existing situation, through conception and planning, to implementation, we integrate aesthetic, functional and technical requirements into a seamless process. Architecture, interior design, product design, communication design and motion design interlock seamlessly, enabling solutions that take spatial, visual and content-related aspects into account simultaneously.

Custom-made furniture, space-defining elements and bespoke products are not created as mere additions, but as an integral part of the architectural concept. The result is not a series of isolated, individual solutions, but spaces with a clear conceptual approach, precisely coordinated elements and a quality that is evident in the details as well as in the overall experience.

Our services

Good spaces are not created on the basis of assumptions, but from a precise understanding of the location, its use and the people who use it.

Through workshops and analyses of requirements, usage patterns and target groups, we examine needs, processes, spatial conditions and different usage scenarios. Based on this, we develop clear requirements, space allocation plans, zoning schemes and usage concepts to provide a sound foundation for further planning.

Good interior design is achieved when the design concept is consistently carried through all stages of the planning process.

We support projects from the initial assessment and conceptualisation through to design and construction planning, right up to completion. Depending on the remit, we undertake individual planning phases or the entire process. In doing so, we bring together design, function, structure, materials and technical requirements at an early stage, thereby creating a reliable foundation for precise implementation.

Brands are not explained in a space; they are experienced.

We translate values, attitudes and identity into spatial concepts and weave all levels of design together into a single narrative. This gives rise to brand worlds in which space and communication intertwine to create a distinctive, recognisable atmosphere.

Materials determine not only how a room looks, but also how it feels, how it ages and how it is used.

We develop colour, material and surface concepts that are tailored to the location, intended use, brand and specific demands placed on them.

Tactile qualities, the effect of light, durability, maintenance and technical properties are taken into account just as much as the atmospheric ambience. In this way, materiality becomes a key component of the spatial identity.

The quality of a space arises from the interplay of its individual elements. Architecture, interior design, product design, communication design and motion design all work together from the very outset to realise a shared vision. Furnishings, graphics, wayfinding systems, product details and media content are therefore not added as an afterthought, but are developed directly from the spatial concept. This allows design and technical interfaces to be resolved at an early stage, and ensures that proportions, materials, communication and function are precisely coordinated.

Furnishings are not an afterthought, but rather an integral part of the spatial design.

We design bespoke furniture, fitted units and space-defining elements, and complement these with a carefully selected range of matching off-the-shelf furniture.

Proportion, materials, ergonomics and design language are tailored to the architecture, function and atmosphere. Where bespoke solutions are required, interior architecture and product design are closely interlinked – from the spatial concept right through to the structurally well-thought-out object.
